Creating a Proctoring Computer Lab
This post is to build a state-of-the-art proctoring lab where college and university students can stay while taking tests. It is necessary to have at least ten workstations within the budget. The aim is to maximize the lab's efficiency within the projected $25,000 budget while preserving a modern, secure environment that meets the highest standards of academic integrity. The lab will contain dedicated monitoring cameras, ergonomic chairs, and separate workstations with laptops to guarantee that every student has a focused and fair testing experience. Ultimately, this project will benefit the student's overall academic performance by enhancing an organization's ability to conduct various exams efficiently and our commitment to providing a reliable and polished testing environment.

Importance of Online Proctoring
Nigam
et al. (2021) suggested that proctoring labs are essential because they
ensure the fairness and integrity of exams and assessments. They reduce the
risk of cheating and enhance the accuracy of the test results. Without
proctoring labs, candidates can use unauthorized sources or receive help from
someone else, producing misleading results that may lead to wrong decisions.
Proctoring labs also provide convenience and centralization of effort in taking
exams remotely. They also protect the candidate's privacy by protecting their
personal information.
